Sin-Amy Pettit, from Columbus, Ohio in the US, is a self-taught baker who never stops learning and experimenting. One of the new techniques that Sin-Amy is implementing on her amazing cakes is dotting, or pointillism, as the artist calls it. The cakes decorated in this way remind us of beads or little crystals, and their texture looks so exotic that it’s hard to fight the temptation to stroke them with our fingers.
